Brief
Ué represents the first social system for intelligent matching between volunteers and NGOs. It is thought to help volunteers in finding and discovering activities or organizations that are in line with pre-set interests and in engaging them thanks to the sharing of personal experiences. It will encourage NGOs to active search for specific figures, supporting them in managing the following recruitment. The system will be supported by a dashboard for the regional PA to allow a sharing of data among all the stakeholders involved that can be useful to understand the context, its needs and improve the system itself.

Goal: Involve citizens in social engagement
Attention to social issues is a central theme of the society in which we live. In this context, volunteering and Third Sector organizations play a fundamental role. Often, however, they struggle to get in touch with new volunteers.
In this context, a platform could be created that matches volunteering offer and demand, and connects potential volunteers who do not know how to contribute with NGOs recruitment processes.
Solution:
A possible solution involves the creation of a mobile App available to citizens who can get in touch with volunteering associations.
